    This is the worst TD branch I’ve ever dealt with. They seem incompetent and lazy.

    I have had both personal and business accounts with TD for nearly ten years, and I have always been satisfied with the service—except for this recent experience with an employee named Anna. This was a very simple TD-to-TD transfer. I showed her the information directly on my phone, yet she insisted that I write everything down. I do not know whether she could not understand the information or was intentionally making things difficult. I have completed this type of transfer many times before, and no other staff member has ever treated me this way. She asked a large number of unnecessary questions, which delayed the process by over 30 minutes. In the end, she said that my attitude was poor and refused to continue serving me. If she did not wish to provide service, why didn’t she inform me earlier? Despite her poor attitude, I never asked her to stop—I only wanted to finish the transaction quickly because I needed to take my child to school. Because of this unnecessary delay, I was late for my child’s school drop-off. It is very frustrating to be told that my attitude was the problem after spending over half an hour on such a simple transaction. I sincerely hope that the branch manager will see this message. If someone does not want to serve customers, they should not be working at the front counter.
