  They lock the ATM I need to do deposıt but they lock the atm , I can’t do transaction online ,pitty they can’t serve costumer like in USA

  Update your hours online! Painfully to drive to a bank (which are known for miserable hours) that’s listed on google as being open, and then a sheet of paper in the window saying they’re closed all day. Holidays hours can be updated online. As a business, you SHOULD be doing that every year.

  I am genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at this TD branch. On Saturday, January 21st, I went into the Mardaloop branch for the 1st time to apply for the TD Aeroplan infinite Visa card. However, the representative suggested that I simply do a transfer from my current credit card to the card I wanted and that it would be a much simpler process. However, she made a mistake during the transfer and instead subscribed me to a Cash back credit card I did not request, at that time I had 80,000 TD Reward Points (Equivalent to $320 in travel dollars) saved up that I was hoping to use for a flight this year. She then told me that she cannot make another transfer on the same day and will have to call Visa to block this request. When I ask her what my options are for a solution she said that I will have to wait until Tuesday (the 24th) before she can make another transfer and that I will earn cash-back rewards for my credit card activity during the weekend, which again, was not the product I had asked for. On Monday when I logged into my TD Rewards account, I realized my 80,000 TD points were no longer displaying but instead a small sum of Cash back rewards had accumulated. I called the TD Visa helpline number that the lady at the branch gave me and explained about my lost TD reward points she said she can pull up a points balance but that I am not able to use it towards travel since the Expedia for TD is a 3rd party service, and that my option is to use it towards my previous credit transactions but the value of the points will be much lower when converted this way, meaning I forfeit a great deal of the value of my points. When I explained that the branch guaranteed that I can redeem my points this way but that I only have a 90 days limit to do so, she explained that isn't the case. Feeling frustrated, I asked to be transferred to the TD rewards helpline, hoping they might have a better solution or can revert my rewards dashboard from Cash-back to TD Reward Points so that I can redeem my points for travel. But the man on the phone told me that due to the error in the credit card transfer, they cannot retrieve the history of my reward plan so they said that there is no evidence of the 80000 points on their end. I asked to be transferred back to TD VISA (I have been on the phone for nearly 3 hours at this point, expaining my situation over and over again as I get transferred between agents). I finally came across a representative that can help me redeem my points towards my current credit card balance, but because I do not meet the minimum requirement of redemption for the cashback reward which is $25 I will simply forfeit the cashback reward I have collected and it can not be exchanged into Aeroplan points. Additionally, the option to redeem my points for travel is still not an option, which conflicts with what the branch has informed me. Today the lady at the branch finally helped me transfer my account to the correct credit card product that I have originally asked for and now I am waiting for the credit card to arrive in my mail. The cherry on top of it all is that the flight deal I was hoping the purchase using my Aeroplan Credit card and TD reward points over the weekend has now expired. In summary, I approached the TD branch as a customer with the intention to subscribe to one of their products however the representative made a mistake that could have been easily avoided if she had simply confirmed with the customer (me) before proceeding. I lost the ability to redeem my points for travel and what was supposed to be a easy credit card transfer took 4 days and for too much time for anyone involved. This is disappointing as a TD customer of over 10 years. I am disappointed with the level of service and carelessness of the staff.
