- SMShelmer MillanDec 29, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Came for an application back in September the whole process took 3 months despite of all the requirements that we have compiled. Steven who helped us did his job but the management was the worst! They would ask for more requirements one after the other. The application got approved December 3 they supposedly be sending a cheque to another bank to closed our account but took them almost a month! If my sister didn’t even bother checking. We don’t know that our cheque has been sitting on there office for almost 1 month for us to pick up! Please check the document that we have signed that supposedly be your job to do not us! We deserve better service than this!!! Can’t wait to pull out my investments and mortgage with TD!!! Don’t bother signing up with this such a waste of time!!!

- JAJoan AbriamNov 18, 20251.0This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a bank branch. On November 7th, I booked an appointment with Sukadha Banne from the TD Millrise branch regarding the withdrawal of my son’s RESP. We needed the funds for his upcoming education, which is why we scheduled the appointment before the Tuesday holiday. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the request was not processed. My son even sent the required documents as requested, but no action was taken. As of today, November 18th, we still have not received the RESP funds. I visited the TD Shawnessy branch to follow up, and they informed me that nothing had been process. I was also told by Sukadha that we could only make one withdrawal and the next one would have to be next semester. However, Shawnessy staff clarified that RESP funds can be withdrawn anytime, with few weeks apart as long as they are for educational purposes. I respectfully suggest to the Manager of TD Millrise branch provide additional training to ensure accurate information and proper handling of client requests. I was also asked why we needed the funds now when school begins in January. Given that these are our own savings allocated for education, I felt the question was unnecessary. I hope the branch can improve its service, as this situation caused us significant inconvenience.
