I had called to inquire about some of my financial needs and the lady on the other end laughed at my inquiry. This really took a hit at my self esteem as I genuinely did not know the documentation I needed or process I would have to go through for what I was inquiring about. Considering that I am a younger banker, this location has been quite discouraging for me. Staff needs to implement a new attitude all around.
