I went to this location because it is the closest one to my workplace. I asked for help with a simple inquiry about my credit card, and I was told to call the number on the back of my card instead. I followed their instructions, but when I called the number, the representative informed me that my request could only be handled at a physical TD branch. They were also confused as to why the teller directed me to call, since this was not something they could assist with over the phone. This was especially frustrating because it is not easy for me to visit a TD location. I work almost Monday to Saturday and usually finish around 7:00 PM, by which time most branches are already closed. Being sent back and forth for something that should have been handled correctly the first time was a complete waste of my time. Overall, I found the staff at this location to be unprofessional and not knowledgeable enough to handle even simple requests. They clearly did not know what they were doing, and I will not be returning to this location again.
