- MMManpreet MuttiOct 4, 20251.0First of all I ordered statements for my account, not informed that there is a charge, okay fine manager waived it for one time because I was not informed, I went back for more few days later,then I was blamed for not paying for the statements I got from bank, even though I showed attendee the receipts that I paid for them still did not believe that I paid. what kind of behavior is that, this is how they treat their customers by blaming them, even the customer is showing them the receipts, attendee only let me go after confirmation with manager. People better find another branch to help you, I made a mistake getting mortgage from TD especially from this branch.
