I have spent days just trying to close a line of credit that I don't need, or use. On the off-chance that someone at TD reads this, they will undoubtedly think I am the problem! Horrible!

After the transaction, I ran into an issue, but the teller Sherry and the manager were very kind and immediately offered me options to resolve it. They mentioned it might take 2–3 days, but to my surprise, when I returned the next day, the problem was already solved in less than 24 hours. I am truly grateful for Sherry’s kindness, professionalism, and effectiveness. It’s reassuring to know there are people like her who go above and beyond to help customers.
