- GDGary DSep 22, 20251.0I agree with many of the one star reviews recently associated with new management, in particular Mark. This gentleman has no compassion for individuals or small businesses. He is placing every business deposit on hold for a minimum of five business days. Even Certified Cheques and Bank Drafts! As a small business we rely on our cash flow and having major corporation cheques (not personal cheques) and bank drafts deposited and subsequently placed on hold for a minimum of a week is absolutely mind numbing. He just states this branch was getting away with everything before he came in and he is being strict and following rules to the T. This is not how a branch manager should deal with loyal customers that have been with TD for almost four decades with hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions put through our accounts. Most of the employees there are great to deal with, Alison in particular takes care of her clients based on account history and other factors. Banking should not be black and white, there is room for the human factor as in any other business. We will not be going back to this branch until changes are made.

- JSJennifer StrangeJul 3, 20251.0I came into your branch today to get you to fax a form to your claims department (as per their advice) your male teller was rude & unwilling to help. Eventually he spoke to someone behind the wall and decided to assist me but made sure to tell me it wouldn't be guaranteed. Yes, I know how faxes work. He tried it and it went through, so i asked for a copy of the fax transmission and he said "no, that's an internal document" ... A Fax confirmation is an internal document... go ask someone, low and behold the magic person behind the wall said it was ok... So unprofessional, that is who you want up front representing your company?? You're loosing business keeping him. My husband died, i am trying to fax the claims department for my mortgage insurance, should i have to explain this to get better service? NO. Do better.
