Brenda has been exceptionally professional, well-versed, and very accommodating. She has consistently supported us—whether it’s with my son’s RESP or our other banking needs. Brenda also referred us to Colleen for our mortgage, and she continued to check in and assist us throughout the process. Her patience, clear explanations, and genuine willingness to help truly stand out. We are very thankful for all the time and effort she has dedicated to us.
