  Been going here 15 years. I was denied for a second partial release of a corporate cheque that was set to clear in 24 hours because of “policy”. I know this policy doesn’t exist, they just didn’t want to even look at my account to see it was a low risk override. I’m a long time customer, but I am now considering changing banks if this is how they treat someone who comes here regularly. I certainly won’t open a business account here.

  I visited this branch to make a change to our daughter’s RESP account and had a pleasure to deal with Ms. Wenshu Tao. She was both pleasant and knowledgeable and my transaction was executed in a timely manner.

  Went in to talk about renewing my mortgage. The advisor was late for the appointment, messed up my name several times, and was constantly chatting on MS teams with her coworkers in front of me. I've had more professional service at a Tim Hortons. TD has really gone downhill in the 20 years Ive banked with them

  I would strongly advise people to move all their investments and savings to another bank. My mother, 85, has a TFSA with TD. I have legal power of attorney documents, plus doctor certification that she can no longer manage her affairs…yet TD will not release this account to me. The people at this branch are useless…all they can do is fill out a form on a computer for some unseen, unreachable higher power to make a decision on, who then refuses the paperwork over some petty item such as “the doctors note doesn’t specifically state “financial matters”. This kind of bs has been ongoing for 6 months. Don’t put your relatives through this, once you are no longer able to manage your affairs. Move your money to a different bank.
