- MPMark P6 days ago1.0I received an email about a dormant account and figured Iād give Td a shot again. Needless to say I wasted 40 minutes of time and walked out. Reminded me of why my account was dormant for 10 years. Will never step foot in to a Td bank again. Total waste of time and incompetent staff.

Then, picking up currency i had ordered a week prior took another 20 minutes. It wasn't busy. It was a very simple transaction. What a joke.
