- PMpat mckinneyOct 23, 20251.0This branch should be embarrassed by their lack of TD policies.was trying to deposit a business cheque and get funds released, like I have for five years with no issues.Mukul Kumar Garg,the manager said "I can't go into my employer account to verify funds are available".my employer account is with TD as well.complete lie as directly after I went to another branch...and that is exactly what they did and funds were released.I don't have a problem with TD..just terrible managers!

- GDGauri DattaSep 23, 20251.0As a new customer, my first experience at this TD branch was extremely disappointing. I came in to get a mortgage statement and was met with a complete lack of service. There was no one at the front to greet or assist customers, and I had to wait for over 20 minutes before an employee finally entered the area. A helpful employee, who was not even a teller, was the first person to offer assistance. She went out of her way to try and help me, which was the only positive part of the visit. When a teller finally appeared, there was no apology for the long wait or any hint of a smile. The interaction felt like an inconvenience for her. The statement she printed was a plain piece of paper without a letterhead or any official proof from TD. When I insisted on a stamp for verification, she stamped it and wordlessly handed the paper to me. The entire experience felt as though she was doing me a favor, rather than providing the service I expected as a new client. While I eventually got what I needed, the client experience was a solid 0 out of 5 stars. In this day and age, TD needs to significantly step up its customer service.
