There was 3 different employees and every single one had no clue.. It was like dealing with 10 year old children.. eventho 10 year olds might do a better job at listening.. I’ve never had an issue at TD no matter which branch I went to. This branch needs to hire completely new employees asap. If this was my bank, I’d let everyone go and hire a new team who has common sense and listens to ppl . It took them over 30 mins for the most simplest thing. That any other branch did in a minute. And eventho I asked 3 times for the receipt, it didn’t ring in. I had to get mad before leaving to get a receipt printed
