- CCCrystalAug 21, 20255.0I opened accounts with the assistance of Yuliia and she was phenomenal. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. She went out of her way to assist us on transferring money from another bank account as well. And although at the end of the day she could not make it happen for us, I was very impressed with her doing all that she could...THAT is good customer service! I also discussed our mortgage needs with Israel at this branch and again was impressed with the responsiveness and the follow-up with me after the fact to make sure he was doing everything he could for us.
