My husband took our 12 year old to open his first account today and was gifted dealing with Ricardo Flores a guy that showed no desired to help or to be helpful. His entired demeanor was of someone that hates his job. The good news is that my Son went to another TD branch and was able to open an account showing his birth certificate only and yes even thought his passport was expired they did look at his picture and Okey, now my son has a place to deposit his bottle money.
- AGArrien GerlachMay 21, 20251.0I am very disappointed with this branch. They don't want to answer any questions. It's like pulling teeth and nails to get money taken out. Service is very slow, and they fire all of the good workers. God forbid a bank manager is actually in and working. We had to pull pur funds for a home, and they didn't send the money until 2 days after closing, not to mention that was already an extension. Tried to call them, and they didn't want to answer. Luckily, I had the funds saved up still but didn't want to use that money for the down payment on my home. I'm incredibly disgusted by this and couldn't imagine somebody losing their dream home because of the incompetence of their workers and being in a different financial situation. I just wish somebody would call back, at least. lol. Is that so much for a guy to ask for?
- SHsylvia huynhJan 17, 20231.0Slow and incompetent! I've waited 10 minutes for the guy in front to get served. Now I've been waiting 30 minutes as the first person in line and I'm still waiting. Why do they only have 2 tellers? A useless manager/ staff member that's just sitting behind a desk looking pretty. One of the worst locations of TD. Never seen tellers with this slow in my life. They need new jobs if they want to be turtles. If the machine would dispense $10 bills, I wouldn't be standing here. USELESSNESS!
