- RRRick-RickJul 16, 20255.0Twice I called this branch; looking for information on currency exchange as well as to get help with setting up my child’s TD app access and both times the individual from the branch was extremely prompt and helpful with information over the phone. Ended up going in person for both the currency pick up and finalizing the TD app pickup and both times the wait was zilch, the folks in person were just as helpful and everything went smooth. I would recommend this branch and will be using them as my primo choice going forward.

The place can be full and a lineup out the door and most will stand and watch from their office or be doing something menial behind the counter like gazing at a screen while customers suffer and watch inactivity while their day wastes away.
