  👎🏻👎🏻I would never recommend anyone to open an account with this branch. The two lady managers, both Indian, are extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, especially the one who works in the afternoon. Neither of them tries to assist customers, provide proper service, or even explain what benefits the bank offers because, frankly, this branch doesn’t seem to provide any benefits at all. This branch has been trusted for over 10 years, but the service has become unacceptable. One situation made it clear: a \$48 overdraft fee was charged, even though it was the very first time going into overdraft at this bank. Other banks, like RBC, only charge \$5, but when the issue was raised, the afternoon manager acted as if i was lying. On Monday, September 15, a helpful lady at the desk (not a manager) processed a refund. However, after I left, the afternoon manager or the morning manger reversed the refund and quietly took the \$48 back. When questioned about it later, she said, “We only refund once,” even though the refund had already been completed but she took it back Instead of being honest or helpful, she made excuses, never apologized, and handled the matter unprofessionally. On another occasion, the second manager who also introduced herself as a manager—i asked for help disputing a charge. She refused to assist, gave excuses, and walked away without explaining anything. Both managers come across as dismissive, disrespectful, and uninterested in supporting their customers. Even while waiting in line, other customers were openly voicing complaints and frustration. Poor service at this branch is clearly not an isolated case. The managers here fail to provide professionalism, respect, or meaningful customer benefits. Because of these repeated issues, I will no longer deal with this branch. Unless TD takes these problems seriously and improves management, more customers will turn to other banks such as RBC or ATB, where service is more respectful and customers actually receive benefits.

  joseph jacob is the best i couldnt book business account online appointment. after calling him he was able to book it for me. great customer service thanks again.

  The branch manager Jaqueline aldhoff at this location is very rude and not helpful. Stay away from this branch if you have serious inquires . I recommend the Td branch in east village downtown they’re very helpful and understanding.

  The lady manager is unsympathetic and cold. I was treated so poorly that one night when I drove up to use the atm I was shocked to see homeless sleeping and blocking the door. The front area had a huge splash of vomit 🤮 Because she treated me so badly I decided not to call the police to clear them out. Best laugh 😂 of revenge I ever had. What comes around goes around. Please note it was only this branch .. no where else ever. Just this branch
