  The staff in this branch are professional, friendly, hardworking and amazing. We stepped in and were greeted with a smile. In particular, Ms. Leung worked tirelessly on resolving our problem with the TD Authenticator App (BTW, it does not work). Not only is she very knowledgeable, she is also very personable and most helpful. Thank you, very appreciative of your effort.

  I recently visited TD Bank to pay off my car loan, and I was assisted by Hazel Young. She was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and she also took the time to explain additional offers and services in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her professionalism and customer service. Hazel made the whole experience stress-free and positive—I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting TD Bank!

  The staff at TD are absolutely delightful! They recognize me when I come in, smile warmly and say hello, are very accommodating, and treat me like a friend. I'm tempted to move all of my banking to this location, as the staff are beautiful, kind souls. They are all Asian-Canadian, and I'm of European-Canadian ascent, and they all treat me like family. I love these people.

  Sylvia Huang is an amazing person. The whole time I thought she was the Manager because of how quickly she was able to answer my questions and concerns. I’m an accountant and I was impressed. She not only helped me open multiple accounts but also helped find the best accounts based on my needs and did it under my time allocated for my appointment. Her commitment to understanding my needs was all I needed to give her my undivided attention, she had me listening when I’m the one the does the talking most of the time. Keep up the excellent customer service and great smile. You truly do care for your customers and made me a long life TD client. You have my recommendation of becoming the next manager of this branch because the whole time you behaved like one. Thank you!!!
