- JJJonNov 10, 20251.0Apparently you can no longer deposit cash to someone else's account unless you also bank with TD. Absolutely bonkers policy and one that will ensure I NEVER bank with TD.
- KCKeith CJul 14, 20251.0I was going to make an appointment here to handle an issue other branches could not, but the reviews indicate this one is just as inept as all the others. I guess it’s company wide. I would recommend people pull their investments and savings from TD. I have legal power of attorney plus doctors certification over my Mothers affairs, but TD refuses to release control of her accounts to me. Ongoing for 6 months now. Please don’t leave your investments with this bank, for your kin to have the same battle I am going through, when you become unable to manage your own affairs.

When, I tried to explain what I needed. the person just said they could and would not help me. Explaining that I had been directed to have this done at my bank, she just said no, we will not help you. I pressed the the issue, all I wanted to do is talk to someone and find out what I needed to do, after all this is my branch, I have banked there for almost 30 years. She took my information but never called me back. I decided to walk into a branch and ask. Luckily, after explaining what it was that I needed, they helped me out in min. Ticked me off that the person I talk to at my own branch was so ignorant. She could have just made the appointment. I would have explain in person and they could have provided the service I requested. As well, taking my name and number and then just blowing me off and not bothering to call me back. Think its time to take all my accounts and leave td.
