- EJErica JensenOct 18, 20252.0Extremely disappointed with this branch. I've been banking with TD my whole life. Over a month and a half, I've had 4 in-person appointments that have been a cancelled or a waste of time. On the first appointment, I came to set up an RRSP (which was stated in the appointment booking). I was told the person the appointment was with could not open that type of account. I rebooking 3 times because they called numerous times saying they needed to reschedule. The final appointment, today, I came in and was told there was some confusion and no appointment was booked. I was asked to come in later in the day, which is when I told them that this was a large waste of my time and to forget it. In addition to this, 3 days before my final appointment I emailed the person my appointment was booked with. I received no response. This branch clearly does not value their customer's time.
