- AAAmanNov 12, 20251.0Worst experience you can get at any TD. I needed a draft and didn't want to wait too long so I went there before opening and waited the branch to open. I was the first one in however no help or even Hi from any of the 4 workers working there for over 20 minutes when I asked for help and the Lady said we just open we are setting up. I was surprised as 9 am opening means ready to serve customers at 9 am. I was helped at 9:30. Disappointing experience , Rude staff and they don’t care about the customers. I have had same experience here with the branch manager in the past too.

If we suggest different way to do thing because we were able to get the help we need with other location or different staff (previous time was with a manager) in the location, this person (tall thin, short hair Asian lady) treats you like you are a terrible customer. She got so offensive when my husband wanted her to ask her manager to get the help he needs. And she didn’t want to help him anymore. Really?! Is that how you do your job? Way too over sensitive. This location is full of bad reviews that are lowering the stars. Our previous TD brunch in different city had full of good reviews with over 4stars. We always had great greetings and customer service. Never had a bad experience. Now we understand why. Def not going back
