I was lucky that there was almost no wait, and even though it was near the end of the business day, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly and told me they could still accommodate me, even offering to split the appointment if needed — which I appreciated. From the start, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I was then referred to Personal Banking Associate Fatima Vora, who kindly agreed to assist me despite her shift almost ending. During our short time together, she was incredibly respectful, kind, and attentive. She answered all my questions with a smile, took time to understand my situation as a newcomer, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Although I didn’t end up opening an account that day, the experience itself was very positive. I appreciated how Fatima showed empathy and care, even asking thoughtful personal questions to better understand my needs. Overall, I was impressed by the customer service and the professional yet human approach. If you happen to be in this mall and need banking assistance, I would definitely recommend TD Canada Trust over Scotiabank.
