The attendant asked me repeatedly what the draft was for, I said a deposit, he kept asking what kind of deposit. This is not information he requires to know and inappropriate to continue to ask. This branch consistently has long waits due to either no staff or poorly trained staff that move at a snails pace. There is no designated line, only a lobby to sit in that causes confusion and conflict with who is next. This branch is a joke.
