CashMoney is hands-down the MOST dysfunctional, shady, and unprofessional “financial institution” I’ve ever dealt with.
They advertise themselves like they’re here to “help Canadians,” but the reality is absolutely laughable. Their entire operation feels like a sketchy garage loan shop pretending to be a real company.
Let’s start with the basics:
NONE of their customer service emails work.
Not support, not the executive office, not even their so-called “compliance” department. Every single one bounces back like the inboxes haven’t existed since 2012.
So I go to their official contact form thinking, “Surely THIS works.”
Nope.
Error message. Every. Single. Time.
It literally tells you to call customer service because even their OWN CONTACT PAGE refuses to submit a message. That’s not a glitch — that’s a business deliberately making themselves unreachable.
If you get denied for a loan (even if you clearly meet every requirement), they give you NO explanation, NO review process, NO live person, and ZERO transparency.
Just a silent auto-denial and nowhere to ask why.
How is a financial company allowed to operate with no functional way for customers to contact them?
It feels like they’re intentionally avoiding accountability. And honestly, it says a lot about what kind of “lender” they really are.
If your communication systems are down, your emails bounce, your website doesn’t work, and customers can’t reach a human being… maybe you shouldn’t be handling people’s money in the first place.
Save yourself the frustration. There are dozens of lenders in Alberta who are transparent, reachable, and actually treat people like humans. CashMoney isn’t one of them.

A Line of Credit is a personal loan that can be used for ongoing personal expenses. It gives you access to your money when you need it. Once you’re approved, you will receive your loan credit limit. You have the flexibility to borrow any amount at any time, up to your approved credit limit. No need to reapply to access funds – if you have available credit, you can request additional advances.
What do I need to apply for a Line of Credit?

If I apply online, how long will it take to get a lending decision?
During business hours, applicants may receive a pre-approval decision almost immediately. Should final approval require verification, you will be notified immediately. Once we received your files, you should have your final lending decision shortly, no later than 48 hours, often the same day.
What is a Line of Credit advance?
Simply put, an advance is a convenient Line of Credit feature that allows you to withdraw funds from your personal Line of Credit when you need them. LendDirect offers unlimited advances up to your credit limit, all with no advance fees. You can access advances online, over the phone, or at a branch, if you have available credit.
What vehicles are acceptable to obtain a Secured Loan?
We accept standard passenger vehicles such as hatchback cars, sedans, off-road trucks, SUVs, pick-up trucks, or vans.
How do I get my funds?
You can direct deposit your money to your bank account (funds availability varies by bank) or you could receive your loan in as little as 15 minutes when you choose Interac e-Transfer®.
Can I get a car collateral loan if I have a less than perfect credit score?
