She in my opinion went above and beyond in not only her job but in her enthusiasm and support of my husband and I. It's not always a good thing to need to borrow a loan, but she made the experience not only easy but almost enjoyable. As for the company and their services, I am blown away. When you take out a loan you don't always expect to pay it off on time let alone early and during COVID-19 I thought it would take me thousands of extra dollars in interest or missed payments because of the financial set back covid cause. Pleasantly suprised to be able to not only pay it off but a year early! So long as your payments are consistently on time and you keep communication up with your agent (again huge thank you to Summer) it's easy to stay on top of the mone. I also want to praise the programs like the repayment insurance that they include in the paperwork when you apply for your loan, you are safe and taken care of should something arise. I was laid off and struggled to find even part time work. I'm summary I give summer a 20/10 and easyfinancial services a 15/10! You expect a nightmare going for a loan, then throw on the complications that 2020/2021 brought us. You would assume you're doomed to be forever paying off a loan.
