I was served by a staff member named Lauren, who was quite unprofessional and rude during my interaction with her. I found her demeanor unhelpful and unwelcoming, which made the entire experience unpleasant. I visit TD Bank for quality service, and this incident fell short of that standard. I kindly request you to look into the matter to ensure that future interactions with your team reflect the high standards TD Bank is known for.

I would NEVER go here for financial advise, planning or mortgage after having 2 appointments with a small town hillbilly "financial advisor" I left laughing like how do people who don't know what they're talking about get jobs like this! Scary.
