Advisor in bank told me 7000$ penalty to pay if you revoke fix mortgage . today I got payout statement from TD bank they mention penalty is 10600$. (after all documents submitted to other bank for refinance mortgage and 1 month efforts) .When I ask TD customer service, why they have this much difference. then they are telling me totally different calculation to calculate the mortgage penalty. Their Advisor does not have good knowledge.
