- MOMI OSep 26, 20251.0My husband and I have booked 2 appointments at this branch and both times absolutely no one showed up. The one other time we have had service (we just walked in when someone was there) the employee gave us the wrong information. They told us that the co-signer on our mortgage had to fly in to this TD location to sign paperwork to update our mortgage. They said that it would not work if the co-signer signed anything at another TD location in Ontario or even at a lawyers office. One quick call to another TD location confirmed that this is not the process at all. We now just go to another TD entirely. It's bizarre how terrible the service is at this location.
- AHAlexa HarderSep 22, 20252.0I am writing this review to give some feedback, i had an appointment a while ago with an “advisor” to talk about investments. My feedback is that when you say what kind of appointment you are coming in for, you should be matched with somebody who is well versed in what you have requested. When i came in the advisor i saw didn’t know anything about the product i was looking for. I left with more questions than i went in with. Another part of my feedback is that when you write what you are coming in for and there is documents required for the application process that someone should call or email and let you know what you need to bring in, hence the comment section. Thank you for your time and listening to my feedback.
- MEMike ExSep 16, 20251.0Setup an account two days ago and tried to send one transfer. Account is immidiately blocked and they tell me i have to drive an hour back to show them ID i just showed them two days ago. I asked to email a copy of my ID and the receptionist hungup on me.
