I made a large deposit today and the teller told me that $2,000. of the deposit was available and the balance would be held 5 business days. When I went to access some of my money I found she had held the full amount of the deposit. When I went back to rectify this she lied right to my face and said she hadn't told me the $2,000 ,,was clear. I don't appreciate being called a liar for one thing. And my home bank in Leduc would never treat a customer so poorly. I will never be back there. Obviously they don't care about their customers

This gentleman was amazing from the initial introduction to the end of our meeting/appointment. Words cannot explain how pleased and satisfied I am with conversation we had. He was attentive, he answered all of my questions, and most importantly I never once felt pressured. He truly is great at this! Thank you Again Harpy for your insight, all your help and your time.
