I would say the communication was bad, but that would imply that there was any communication at all. Complete silence from them after they had their check. They disclaim that there are no refunds, but little did we know that also meant there was no effort on their part once they had the money. After no response from them over a month and a half, we finally found a nanny on our own through a Facebook group. Much easier, more effective, and free!
