  Brent and his crew were phenomenal! We lost our beloved family member of 90 years old to the pandemic. Not only did they do everything they could to be sure our family could have the best grieving possible during this horrible time. They even worked with us to redo my grandparents headstone. Brent took every call or called back in a timely manner. Emailed back and forth with correspondences.   Be reassured that your loved one will receive compassionate care by Brent and Mandalyn. Our Menominee elder was a firefighter and when we wished to set up a display, Brent quickly provided the stands that we needed to do so. Additionally, when the Menominee Eagle staff and flags arrived, Brent helped us properly place them, which helped us provide a traditional ceremony. Brent and Mandalyn listened as we explained the importance of placing an eagle feather in our loved one’s hands and our Menominee funerary rites. From start to finish, including the obituary, handling the church fees, and arranging the internment, Brent and Mandalyn provided professional, efficient service with kindness and understanding. This allowed us to focus on our grief so that we could prepare for the transition in our relationship with our dear Elder.   We first met Brent and mandalyn when our son had passed away at three days old due to a birthday defect. When we met with them they were so understanding and compassionate. Just one short year later my husband passed in a car accident and I went back to gruetzmacher funeral home because of my first experience. Once again they went abouve and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for his funeral. I highly recommend them. I'm hoping to not have to go back anytime soon but if I do they are my first call.

  They had the wrong address for a funeral that caused me to miss 3/4 of the service.
