- BLBonnie LeeNov 10, 20205.0Kristy and Chad Spaeth did wonderful work. The concern for family was sincere. The craftsmanship was obvious. It is such a relief to our mom to have this memorial. She is now comforted each time she visits the cemetery.
- PDPatricia DellabellaSep 20, 20201.0To add to the Barry Thomas review... the comment that was given in response... correct the cement base is 20 years old...at the time another cement base & headstone were placed in the identical day by the same establishment. The cement base is in perfect condition no Wisconsin weather breakdown. Also make note... other cement bases in the cemetery that are several years older are also not breaking down from the quoted per say Wisconsin weather. There are cement bases from 33 to 45 years old in the site that are still holding up just fine from the Wisconsin weather. The monument Co. that came in & did the replacement also stated that Schneider monument should stand behind their work. It was indeed the fault of not a right concrete mix and rebar that was not suppose to be in the cement which caused the breakdown & deterioration. May I also add the professionalisms when speaking to the wife’s owner was TRULY unprofessional. She was rude, disrespectful & did not care to take listen to the issue. She also omitted from her response that numerous pictures were sent to show the examples of workmanship. Her response was “ well we are new owners & we don’t warranty any of the previous owners past sales. Unless you have a warranty on the granite which you don’t have.”Might I add the stone is stamped Warranty. So once again caution to anyone that chooses to seek your loved ones monument or headstones from this establishment. Barry Thomas did state the full truth.

After speaking to them they wouldn’t cover a base crumbling apart due to saying we had no warranty. When we went to a different monument business they saw right on the base stone stamped in the stone full warranty. Takes money from bereaving loves ones & will not back or support their poor workmanship. BEWARE of this scamming business.

As cremation grows in popularity, we would still like to encourage you to consider a traditional memorial for your loved one. Traditional memorials provide an important place for you to maintain your connection to your loved one and your memories.

Even if the remains are not interred in the cemetery, the deceased's name can still be inscribed on a memorial and placed in the cemetery providing the family with a focus for their time of grieving and a place for future generations to visit.
