- LNLinda NecciNov 7, 20255.0We had my father (and previously my mother) in two other facilities before we found Towner Crest and I and I am so happy we found them! Mother has passed now, but my father is in later stages of Alzheimers so he's in The Arbor at Towner Crest which is their memory care facility. I can honestly say that he is extremely well taken care of by a group of very caring individuals. What I especially like is that the facility adapts not only to his physical needs, but his wants as well. He's not a joiner or game player and, aside from going to meals, would rather sit in his chair and watch tv. The team there allows him to do his own thing as much as possible. Sometimes they can coax him to an event, but usually they just come in and chat every hour or so to make him feel that someone cares. They've been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have with him and if he falls or has a medical issue, they quickly contact me. I'm over there a couple of times a week so I've seen first hand how great these people are with our family members! Highly recommend!

- MTMichael ThenhausJul 25, 20215.0The Arbor is excellent! Our mom recently transitioned from Independent Living section to The Arbor at Towner Crest and it went very smooth. We were concerned about how she would transition and fortunately it went very well. The Arbor is a such a nice place with kind, caring staff that are always smiling and willing to help the residents. Activities and social events are well planned and know my mom enjoys them a lot. Just like in the Independent Living, the food is very good and offers variety. It is a relief to know our mom is well cared for 24 hours a day! Thank you to the Towner Crest team and I would highly recommend The Arbor!

She loves the place, the people (residents AND staff), the amenities (library, restaurant, on-site handyman, etc), location, everything! We, her children, love it for her! Amy, who showed us the different apartment layouts and answered all our questions, still checks in on mom periodically. One of the kitchen staff stopped in with baked treats to welcome mom as we were unpacking. She took time to explain all the meal options. I feel the facility is doing what is needed to prevent covid-19 outbreak. My family and I would definitely recommend Towner Crest. In fact, I already have!
