Lakeview‘s managers and staff have always been very attentive and helpful with my nephew’ needs. My nephew enjoys socializing with them and they always take the extra time with him. Lakeview’s managers go above and beyond when possible and as legal guardian for my nephew, I always feel like I can contact them at any time to address any immediate needs or concerns. Nick is super good and timely about reaching out to me regarding necessary paperwork or anything that comes up. He also cares about his clients and getting them the necessary supports. This is true for other managers at Lakeview as well. This is the best supported living services agency my family has worked with over the last 20 years. No agency is perfect but they certainly strive to do their best. And it shows!
