- WJWall JSep 10, 20251.0Used to have my grandmother there a couple years ago the workers are not taking good care of the residents from what my grandmother told me workers coming in and having an attitude while helping out with other residents and it seems like they run through EDs or Manager more than tissue

With only one exception that I know of and frequently changing it seems, all staff have treated her with kindness and respect. They make sure she and her apartment are safe, clean and comfortable. The facility is well kept and smells fine. The food is mostly average, and excellent on several occasions. If I discover something that needs to be addressed, staff are quick to take care of it. I recommend Brookdale Madison West to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place for their senior loved one to live.

- DMDeb MeyerMar 14, 20242.0We had to remove my dad from this place after being neglected. He had dementia. Visiting him one weekend, we found him lying in a bloody bed! When staff was questioned, they said they had contacted a nurse. Waiting for a callback for hours. No medical staff is there on the weekends. Luckily, the blood was due to a hemroid issue and nothing serious. However, the fact that they did not get help sooner and attend to him was too much. Think twice before having your loved one reside here.
