- WJWall JSep 10, 20251.0Used to have my grandmother there a couple years ago the workers are not taking good care of the residents from what my grandmother told me workers coming in and having an attitude while helping out with other residents and it seems like they run through EDs or Manager more than tissue

With only one exception that I know of and frequently changing it seems, all staff have treated her with kindness and respect. They make sure she and her apartment are safe, clean and comfortable. The facility is well kept and smells fine. The food is mostly average, and excellent on several occasions. If I discover something that needs to be addressed, staff are quick to take care of it. I recommend Brookdale Madison West to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place for their senior loved one to live.

Brookdale is a beautiful community with some very nice amenities you can't find anywhere else. It is bright and clean and there is a lot for residents to do there. They held parties to celebrate the usual holidays and also some fun ones, like a luau, which my Mom really enjoyed. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an assisted living community.
