I would like to recognize and thank the team here at Fairway Knoll and the Arbor; specifically admin staff, activity staff, food services, maintenance, and ESPECIALLY all the medical caregivers supporting the residents in memory care. My mom has been in your care since late summer of 2019. There have been, and continue to be, many challenges to providing the highest level of care and safety (an obvious understatement) but I truly believe you folks are doing an excellent job supporting her and keeping her well and safe. Kudos to Halle, Nina, Christine, Terri, and Lolita ... and your respective teams ... for your efforts from our family. Please pass this along. Snow Family

An expensive lighting kit was accidently delivered to this address instead to my address location, a couple blocks away from Fairway Knoll. Judy Thomas from the front desk located my website, sent me an email telling me of my delivery and included her phone number and what time she was available for me to pick up my package. I went to pick up my delivery and I offered Judy Thomas $20 for contacting me, she refused and said that it was her pleasure and thought I may want this delivery. I was so appreciative and I highly think this company set their employees to have integrity and honesty and sense of humor for people. They love people and I love companies that have these values. Thank you again Judy Thomas!
