- HBHappyCamper BusJun 25, 20251.02025 HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! After a several year experience concerning my elderly parent there I highly recommend you shop elsewhere! Poor management, poor food service, chronic understaffing and turnover and recently mice and cockroach infestations that management seems blase about, besides poor building maintenance and long waits (months sometimes) for minor repairs needed by elderly residents, it’s obvious to me Brookdale Corp doesn’t seem to care about it’s residents before the profit margin…👎 There are good and caring people who do work there and its an adequate facility, but they’re hampered by insufficient resources and staffing levels. Educate yourself on the CA Atty lawsuit against Brookdale before moving there… same issues at Allenmore
