Moran Vista has been taking super great care of my mother for the last 6 years. Mom loves the restaurant quality food and daily activities. The staff has been fabulous - especially during these tough times with the pandemic - as they are always looking out for the health and well being of all the residents. Thank you Moran Vista and thank you Marcia! (Mom thinks she is the concierge!!)

After moving our parents in we have had nothing but problems with additional fees and rate raises for care that we do not believe are being regularly provided. When you approach the administration he promises you a reduction or reversal in cost, but then will say it is “out of his hands” and the owner will not allow it. They have good CNA’s and they get promised raises too and when the time comes he will say no and blames the owner. This is his same tactic for the additional charges. Everything is “out of his hands”. This is frustrating considering the amount of money we pay each month for our parents to live there.

My father lived there and he would fall about every 3 days. He spent more time at Deaconess than he did at Moran Vista. We paid for 40 days, he actually only stayed about 12 days and they want 30 days notice to move out. They were unable to care for my father, don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else. The administrator is the worst, she won't return calls, I thought we worked out a compromise, and then I get a bill with a $300 late fee. Are you kidding me? I finally moved my father to my home with the help of Hospice. We had 3 wonderful weeks together. He passed away last week. I know this post will show my wife's name, It is Randy Zimmerman who is writing this, I'm the one who will taking this to court. Again, go somewhere else!
