- BHBrenda HoyerAug 3, 20255.0I just want to say how Jodie Laib goes way above and beyond in her job at Brookdale Park Place. She reaches out to the residents and looks for the needs that they have. She is cheerful. Makes them feel important and independent. She helps in any capacity that she can and she keeps a great attitude. The residents absolutely love her. And she loves them!I’m so glad that she is a part of the Brookdale team. Don’t let this one go. She’s a gem! I see this personally with how she interacts with my dad! He has the beginnings of dementia and cannot remember anyone’s name. But he remembers hers!

- OVOras VallejoSep 3, 20155.0As resident of Park Place for more than 4 years, I feel compelled to offer my unsolicited opinion about Park Place and it's dedicated, attentive, polite, and helpful staff. A good area to begin is food preparation and service. We feel blessed to have such courtious and patient young people serving us- they take time to answer questions about unfamiliar entrées, then later ask if all was ok. It is not uncommon for chefs Eric or Chris to make rounds of tables getting our opinions and any comments we may have. Of course, since most of us are concerned about food, the menu choices available to us for dinner always include three entrées on the daily menu as well as five on the seasonal menu- how can one not find a suit- able item. Christy's women - and Lonnie- go about their jobs quietly and with a ready smile we may not realize all that housekeeping does for us. It's been said that the manner in which a group is treated manifests itself in how members of the group treat each other. Perhaps that explains why our residents are so considerate and friendly to each Other. These and other areas are the res- ponsibility of Pat and her management staff. Kudos to them for all they do. I, personally, can sum it all up very easily: I have never had it so good!!
