- EOEugene OhOct 9, 20251.0Jovie was a huge disappointment for me. Unprofessional and unaccountable on all levels. I reached out for services and was quickly connected to a rep who I provided a download for my needs for ongoing services. They did not follow up with me as promised so I reached out multiple times and was told that they would follow up again the next day to get me some leads on sitters, which they did not follow through afain. For a parent who is in a bind for childcare services and the stress related to it, this added extra sting. The communication with Jovie lacks big time and I would caution anyone who is considering to be aware of the ghosting.
