- CCClarence CooperDec 24, 20255.0My wife, who has severe dementia, has been a resident for two years. I am pleased with the facility and the staff for providing excellent care of her. The entire staff is outstanding but I have been especially impressed with Sanchal Orso, the Health and Wellness Coordinator. My wife's mental and medical issues, including incontinence, are challenging but Sanchal's excellent management of caregivers and nursing staff has insured that the highest standards of cleanliness and care are maintained. Bonnie, Angel and Vinetta are also distinctly outstanding. I visit my wife every day and am pleased to see that she consistently receives compassionate, professional care.

The metal ladder, which a man climbs up and down starting at 7 AM, creaks and rattles every second. It’s extremely disturbing and makes it impossible to sleep. Please do something about it!!
