First things first, every morning you are greeted by teachers, directors and staff who are smiling and happy. They are not just paying attention to you, the parent, but most importantly your child. Checking in with them, making sure they’re happy and thriving beginning their day. If there are ever any issues it is easy to address them with this Team and you always come away feeling listened to.
Our son started attending Goddard Federal Way last year. He had the pleasure of being taught by Miss Anjanette in the twos class. Under her care he learned how to express himself, communicate and how to socialize. His progression was fast and easy to see. It was truly a wonderful experience.
He progressed naturally into the threes class. Currently he is under the amazing care of Miss Tayana and Miss Jae. I love seeing how much care they give our son. Even though the class is busy (they’re 3!) I always get the feeling at the end of his school day he was given the attention he needs and although the group is large, the care he gets feels individual. His progression during this time has been easy to see and most importantly, he and the other kids seem genuinely happy to be there.

Started around August and came from another daycare/school. We're so glad we moved our kids (4 and 2) to this school. The teachers have been wonderful especially Ms. Kristina and Ms. Faith! <3 They are smart and attentive to the childrens need and provide us updates daily when requested. They also suggest things we can work on at home.
As a parent you look for someone that can raise your kids the way you want them raised at home. For me, I love the idea they teach kids independence, value of (play) money, kindness and it's ok to make mistakes. I know my son can be super quiet in school but at home, even with few words, he always tells me and his dad, "I want to go to new school." And coming from a child, that says a lot on how he is treated in school.
School is kept clean! They have pretty big rooms for each class, well maintained and secured.

The teachers at Goddard Federal show every day that they truly care about my daughter and it gives me peace of mind knowing she is in their hands. I love the individual classroom setup of the school, and the structured learning and art experiences make me feel like she is truly developing under their care. I’m grateful so far to Ms Emalee, Maryna, Brittany, Fatima and Negar who make it a point to give my girl the best care and to make connections with me every time I’m there as well. I would highly suggest Goddard School Federal Way to anyone looking for a place for their child to grow in.

My daughter looks forward to and loves going to her preschool everyday. The staff and teachers are very warm and welcoming everyday. They are very communicative and we get updates daily about what she is learning about, and emails all the time about what is happening at school. The school is safe and clean. I would recommend the Goddard school to others.

In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
