- HHHappyMeDec 15, 20255.0Could I find things to complain about? Of course, but bottom line VP is in the top 1% for facility, access to activities, and most of all, caring and competent staff. As far as I can tell, that’s thanks to Letisha, the director of nursing. She’s one in a million — competent, professional and knowledgeable; but also caring and personable. And she somehow has time for everyone and their families. VP would be a whole different place without her.

They thrived for as long as their bodies would allow in great part due to the excellent nursing and care staff. My parents loved the staff and enjoyed their time at Vineyard Park! I feel so blessed to have had the experience I have had with the nurses and caregivers— they are truly Angels here on Earth!! So professional, skilled and personable. I would highly recommend Vineyard Park Assisted Living!!! I will be forever thankful to the staff for all they did for my parents.

If you love your loved one, find another place for them. I wouldn't give this place a one star, but you have to leave at least one. They have this nurse who thinks that she knows it all but she knows nothing. She’s so rude and very unprofessional and disrespectful the way she responds to people(Letisha). Everything changed after Emmi the executive director left. My mum have been there for almost 3 years now but she declines each and every day.
- MHMax HaasOct 1, 20231.0Beware of this place. They do not engage in ethical business practices. In August, I visited the Covington location and put down a deposit on an apartment for my mother. Was told that there was no obligation and they’d refund the deposit within 2-3 days. Two days later I called and let them know that we were going with another facility and I asked them to mail my check back. No response. In the past 6 weeks I have contacted them multiple times to request my money back and still no refund.

Dining Services offers scrumptious meals three times daily in the dining room. Quality foods and menu selection is important for health and variety. Our dining room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day for our residents’ convenience.
