- GLGary LampJul 14, 20251.0I have "lived" here only 5 mos. Don't put your loved ones here. They probably won't be safe. This morning, July 20 2025, I pressed emergency response necklace. It took just over 11/2 hours before someone responded. You do not want someone you love to be laying on the floor or the bottom of the shower with no one there to help them for that long. When this happened to me I was told "sorry" but this was the only response to my complaint. There is to be no record of this incident and nothing else I can do about it except writing this comment. They admit they are understaffed. Again, don't put your loved ones here! Think of your loved one laying on the floor or perhaps the floor of the shower for that long.
