If I could give negative stars I would. My grandmother was found in her bed by my aunt with a broken hip covered in bruises and feces. This type of neglect is literally criminal. She’s currently in the hospital on comfort care because surgery to repair her hip is too risky. A report with Adult Protective Services is being filed as we speak. Stay very far away.

Feeding cold sandwiches for dinner for two weeks, not getting clients cloths back to them. In fact management says "what's the big deal if if she doesn't have her bedding, she has bedding.". Toiletries and undergarments disappearing. No respect or dignity giving to clients. This place is so understaffed it's frightening. The business office keeps closing early and arrive late. Most frustrating place I've ever delt with. They truly don't care about their residents but only their profit. There is a special place in hell for people like this.
