- ABAstrid BruggerJun 4, 20255.0My mom went into Vineyard park in Aug 2024. It is a well kept - nicely appointed facility. Issues with the unit are handled well and timely with Tom the facilities manager. The executive director, Michelle, truly cares about the residents and their individual needs. The nurse, Clarence we consider family! He oversaw my mom after a hip break and getting her back into the facility. Nirali and the other med techs also communicate well esp given all the confusion surrounding unplanned overnite stays. We’ve had some interference with my moms care from a family member and vineyard always does what is in my moms best interest and within her legal rights as a resident. They communicate well and openly with us given the difficult circumstances. We tried 3 other facilities and this is the one and only facility that has supported moms needs appropriately.

Additionally, Vineyard Park staff are highly trained to provide assistance when medical or physical help is needed. I have seen exceptional post-op care; providing additional individual assistance and physical therapy as needed. You can always count on them to ensure that the correct medications are administered at appropriate times. The staff not only become well acquainted with their residents but also the resident's family members. I especially like the communication they provide to family members. I am well informed of any changes at the facility and they are always willing to sit down and discuss and questions I may have.

Kudos to the entire team for their great care, integrity and hard work! If you have not had a chance to stop in for a tour and meet their staff at any of the communities, take the time out to do so soon!
- ADAllie DunneMay 8, 20171.0Just called to attempt to set up a tour, was hung up on my the tour coordinator, Kelly! Extremely rude, terrible customer service! It seems she thought I was trying to sell her something, and when I attempted to explain she hung up on me. That sort of behavior is really unacceptable in any professional interaction. I wish I could rate the facility, but thanks to Kelly that won't happen :(
