It was my first time visiting St. Olaf, and although there was no Holy Mass that day (the priest was away meeting with the Archbishop in Richmond), I was blessed to join the parishioners in praying the Holy Rosary. That quiet hour of prayer opened my heart in a new way — to include every state of this beloved, adopted country of mine where faith, family, and freedom are celebrated. What a welcoming and prayerful community! I look forward to returning soon to celebrate the Eucharist with them.

- SLSuzanne LarrabeeJun 1, 20255.0Our first time this Saturday evening Mass, at this very friendly church! We were greeted warming and welcomed to come to a prayer breakfast next Saturday. We met the Priest and Deacon and a representative from.the Knights of Columbus and their wives. There were refreshments and fellowship afterwards in the attached Parish Hall. The choir and congregation sang together, without the accompanying music overpowering all those voices, as sometimes happens in bigger churches. The church and grounds are simple and beautiful, with a large parking lot. This will be our new home parish.
