There were so many people out and about, enjoying the wide variety of amenities and activities. I also had lunch during my visit, and the food was absolutely delicious—more like a full restaurant experience than typical community dining. Overall, it was such a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

It’s a difficult phase of life for the residents and I’m sure not the easiest work environment. My observation is that people are well cared for. It’s not cheap, but that’s more the fault of the system. And you get what you pay for.
- AMAmy MesserMay 25, 20221.0I had an RX drop off for a patient and there was no nurse to receive the delivery, had to wait 5 minutes to see anyone, then the nurse refused to take the delivery claiming the prescription wasn’t needed, she turned me away and was very rude didn’t even go to double check, she just wanted to send me away. I was only here for a couple min and experienced this behavior, i then went back to try one more time and spoke with a different nurse who wasn’t very polite either, but at least she did listen and eventually fixed the issue. After waiting 25 min for a simple drop off they finally took the medicine, wasted my time and theirs, and in the end the patient did in fact need the medicine, shouldn’t the nurses know what meds their patient needs?
