- CSCheryl S3 days ago5.0So impressed with the staff here - incredibly responsive and caring when my mom suddenly needed a lot of help with daily living tasks. Stephanie, the Director of the Brookdale at Home Services Department, was able to line up personal care assistants immediately and on a Sunday night no less - her day off! Taylor and Shireen have been wonderful as well with the timely arrangements to move mom into assisted living where she will get the help she needs. We feel very much a part of a family at Brookdale and am so grateful for that! Cheryl S.

In addition the staff who came were caring and responsible. We moved into the right place at the right time. Although he passed away if this had happened living in our house it would have been a disaster with no help immediately available. I highly recommend Brookdale.

- PSPatty SettleAug 21, 20245.0We LOVE Brookdale at Home services. The Manager, Stephanie, is wonderful - responsive, on top of everything, a very straight shooter, as well as very personable. The caretakers are of high quality professionally and personally. We very much "like" our care providers who have become our friends. We have not had problems with "no shows" for a shift as I sometimes hear happens with some home health care services. Management works with us completely on making the services work for us in every way. I can't say enough about how much we like Brookdale at Home. I highly recommend it.
