- BBBB1 day ago2.0Bought 3 dresses from here. First time I had an amazing experience, this past time not so much. Stood outside for almost 4 hours and waited in line to get into the sale. Saw two sale dresses on the sale rack and both were on the $25 dollar sale rack. After trying on both sale dresses, the sales associate told me that the dress was on the wrong rack. Got to the front to check out. Informed the store owner about the mishap and she told me that the dress was placed on the wrong rack, but she couldn’t make any accommodations. She was going back and forth about the price. Even trying to prove to me that the dress was more than $25. I went ahead and purchased the dress, but the store owner was not very pleasant to work with and was rude. She could have at least offered a discount for the dress being in the wrong spot. She owns both Studio I Do and Here and Now Bridal Store. Definitely would not recommend. Good customer service goes along way.

Jenna did an amazing job at creating a selection as well as allowing me to look around and provide my own input. The prices were very reasonable and the quality was impeccable. At no point in the appointment did I feel pressured to change our budget, and if I liked something that went over in cost she’d ask rather than just allowing me to try something outside of my price range. I will recommend Here and Now to anyone who will listen! Thank you all so much especially Jenna for making my experience outstanding!

She immediately caught on to the style of dress I was looking for, but made sure to pick some options that were a little different. She respected my budget and was able to find plenty of options in my price range. I had a shorter time frame for needing a dress, and I was relieved that she was able to help me find my perfect dress on the first try!

Jenna welcomed me in, made me feel comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on. She offered advice if I wanted it and allowed me to feel free to be me. She was wonderful! I had a great experience. The entire team was warm and created a very relaxed and fun environment. Highly highly recommend!!

Erin was my stylist, and immediately put me at ease. Her expertise, kindness and guidance were essential, and we found the dress!! I am obsessed with it, and the entire experience. I reserved a private room that allowed multiple guests to be there, and the snacks and drinks were delicious, my family loved it! Worth every penny. I will recommend this studio and team to anyone and everyone. Forever thankful 💜
