At the time of purchase, I was told that my dress would be shipped to me (I live in another state, so this was a sticking point discussed in detail before purchase). They took down my address and explained the dress would come to their shop first for quality control then be shipped to my address. When the dress arrived, they did not honor that promise and gaslit me about the conversation ever taking place. I had 5 guests with me at the appointment, all remember the same conversation. They tried to charge me additional shipping cost ($75) that was never discussed when I paid for the $3,000 dress. Then when I was trying to arrange the delivery, I left 3 unreturned voicemails before they texted me saying they were going to charge me a “storage fee” for not collecting the dress. Beautiful dress but atrocious service. Awful experience.

They have this big mirror at the front of the store so you’re able to see yourself in your dream dress in natural light. The dressing rooms are very spacious and the stylists actually help you into your dresses instead of handing you the dress so you can figure it out for yourself. My stylist Hailey, is an absolute angel. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. It felt like a friend was helping me into all these beautiful dresses. She helped me realize which dress was my absolute favorite and showed me multiple veil styles to see which went well with the dress. Fast forward over a month later; after going to other bridal shops and trying on idk how many dresses, I decided I wanted to go back to the first shop I went to and buy The dress. I was so happy to be there to try and buy my dress and was even happier when hearing that Hailey would be the person helping me into it. I am so very pleased with my time spent at Here and Now, and would definitely recommend coming here.

They were incredibly kind, patient, and truly made me feel cared for every step of the way. I felt like these girls were my older sisters giving the best advice and care. HUGE shout out to Erin, Sara, and Jenna!!!! Even though I was so indecisive and went back and forth between dresses, they never once made me feel rushed. They genuinely wanted me to find the perfect dress and they sure did! 🥰 They even stayed a little after closing just to make sure everything felt right and special. I left feeling AMAZING, so loved, so focused on, and so confident in my choice. If you’re a bride looking for your dream dress and an experience that makes you feel completely cherished, this is 100% the place to go. 💕

I loved working with Kierra there and she helped me find the perfect dress! Super sweet the whole staff, and I went in nervous but immediately was put to ease by their professionalism. They were fun friendly and fast. If you want someone who listens, likes helping and genuinely enjoy working with you this is the place!
